ARTIST’S STATEMENT

Rosita Eidintienė creates paintings in which light, color and emotional state become the main elements. Her works combine layers of figurativeness and abstraction, in which real motifs dissolve in atmospheric color structures.

The artist explores the inner world of a person – fragile states, fragments of memory, signs of cultural identity. Light in her works acts as a link between the external and internal world, and color
contrasts create emotional tension and poetic narrative. Eidintienė’s work is based on constant practice, experimentation with oil and acrylic painting techniques, and long-term work with her mentor Voldemaras Barakauskas. This process has shaped her ability to create paintings that combine intuitiveness, structured composition and subtle emotional dynamics.

The artist strives for the viewer to discover in her works not only visual beauty, but also inner silence, space for reflection and personal experience.
